An example from your text is “wihouut” (without) which is interpreted incorrectly unless thought of as two, e.g. “wtih uot” (with out).

Anyway, perhaps you can add this as a Gmail plug-in? Looks like lots of fun!

P.S: It also works in Hebrew.
